20 minutes - if you are a detox pro and regularly sweat, this is your best option

45 minutes - if you are new to detox and don’t sweat often, you should start here
Packages: Sauna therapy yields better results when done consistently over a brief period of time so we offer a package of four 20-minute sessions or a package of four 45-minute sessions - packages include a 10% discount on the group of treatments, can be shared with a family member and are non-refundable.
